Chicken Kebabs

A simple and delicious dish made even simpler in the air fryer. A neat protein addition to a packed lunch. Can be prepared the previous day to make the morning rush hour convenient. Can also be served as a starter. If you have a growing, hungry child can be wiped off anytime of day! ( explains the few kebabs in the picture)

1/4 kg chicken mince
1 tbs ginger garlic paste.
1 large onion
7 garlic cloves minced fine
1 tbs chopped cilantro or mint
1/4 tsp ground pepper

  • Roll into balls, flatten and cover well with bread crumbs.
  • Baste oil.
  • Set air fryer to 160 for 10 minutes. Turn over the kebabs after 5 minutes.
